Tony Harvey is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience working with visually impaired clients and training guide dog mobility instructors. Tony has extended his expertise to helping individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health issues and additional physical disabilities to gain confidence and independence in their daily lives. Currently serving as the Regional Academy Manager for Guide Dogs UK, he plays a pivotal role in training new guide dog trainers and mobility specialists. Tony has been an integral part of Guide Dogs since 2008, contributing as a guide dog mobility instructor and rehabilitation instructor in England, Wales, Scotland, and New Zealand. Since 2016, he has embraced TAGteach in his coaching toolkit, while also being a part of the TAGteach faculty. Outside his professional life, Tony keeps busy with goats, a parrot, chickens, and his running partner Tui the dog.
