Power of the Pause
Even when we break information into small pieces, we need to give learners time to “eat”.
Learners need time to process the information we give them, especially when it ends in a request for action.
One way we can commit to the time allowance is to provide a pause after important information.

- Create a 3 count pause:
- After the Lesson and before “The instructions are:”
- After “The instructions are:” and before “The tag point is:”
- After the tag
