Summary

A new perspective can be from the right side up, upside down, or inside out and can come from the teacher and/or the learner.

We encourage you to see the duck and the bunny. Turn the page upside down or a ¼ turn.

Instead of looking for errors and trying to fix them, see mistakes as opportunities and try to find a way to help the learner be successful by increasing some correct aspect of the behavior. Often you’ll need to break the skill down into smaller, easier pieces in order to help the learner make forward progress.
