Targeting – Intro
Target: Object to be interacted with in some manner by the learner.
Targeting: The use of a target to bring clarity to a goal.
This example shows hand targets and a head target. Generally a target is used in conjunction with a tag point.
The tag point is … hands to mat
Then the targets would be made smaller and then taken away entirely, but the tag point would remain so that the learner would still get a tag even without the target. The tagging would not be necessary any more once she was consistently putting her hands in the correct place.
