Factors in Training Session

 

In this case the factors noted in the discussion related both to the learner and the teacher. So this time we were focusing not predominantly on the teacher as was happening in the previous videos we watched. Again we had no comments on the environment, although surely there are some factors here to note. For example, is it quiet, noisy, are there distractions, things going on in the background etc?
