Teach yourself the skill using the instructions
Create 5 (max) tag points that you could use to teach someone else.
Try out your tag points with someone who does not know this skill.
Remember it is perfectly fine to give someone an instruction that is easy to accomplish without using a tag point. For example: “Pick up the tie” will not need a tag point. When you are executing your tag points, have the learner start over and repeat the tag point 5 times before moving to the next tag point.
You may have noted that in many of our videos we move from one tag point to the next without repetition of each tag point. This is just for the purpose of keeping the videos to a reasonable length. In reality we tag each part at least 5 times before moving on. If you want to teach something other than the Windsor knot, that is fine.
