Exercise 7
- Visit the website of Advantage Athletics by clicking on this link: advantageathletics.com (if you can’t access this site, go to youtube.com and search for instructional videos on any sport you are interested in)
- Choose a sport from the green menu links at the top of the Advantage Athletics page.
- Look at the sequence photos and see if you can create 3-5 tag points based on the photos. You don’t need to know anything about the sport to be able to do this exercise. Look for places where the movement changes and the tag point is easy for you to see and for the athlete to feel.
- Use another source of sequence photos or even a written description of a skill (often available from coaching websites) if you wish.
