Focus Funnel Example 2
Lesson: “Ok, when we go to jump out of the plane it’s very important that you keep your head up and back. This will help when we jump to keep our center of gravity level so we don’t start to spiral or flip. If that happens we’ll have trouble getting to the parachute. Don’t worry if you just do what I said we’ll be ok. Now, when I say to move forward just scoot on your bottom towards the exit of the plane. Then I’ll tell you to step out onto the step that is just outside the door. When you do that, I will put my foot out on the step and then we’ll count to three and then we’ll push forward away from the plane so we don’t get tangled. That’s a bad thing. Just step out and I’ll do the rest. Ok, let’s suit up and get going. Just remember what I said and you’ll be fine.”
Instructions: When we jump out of the plane, keep your head back
