Self Tagging
We’ve had many reports of people tagging their own actions, most often by using a tagulator. Examples of self-tagged behavior include:
- quitting smoking
- passing the fridge without opening it
- increasing exercise
- putting keys, phone etc in a designated place
- curbing road rage
- taking a deep breath when stressed
- improving posture
- increasing positive self-talk
